Your blood draw is performed at a partner clinic in Singapore. For maximum affordability and privacy, samples are analyzed at labs in Malaysia which are accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP)
How quickly will I receive my results?
We prioritize speed. Your results are typically processed and securely sent back to your selected Singapore clinic within 48 hours of analysis.
Is the laboratory analysis reliable?
Absolutely. We exclusively use labs holding the prestigious College of American Pathologists (CAP) accreditation, ensuring the highest standards of medical accuracy.
What should I do to prepare?
Preparation is simple. For most screenings, a standard 8 hour fast is required. Once you have booked an appointment, we will provide clear, concise instructions to ensure your screening process is comfortable and smooth.

How do I schedule my health screening?
Simply select your preferred screening package and complete your payment online. After booking, we will contact you within 12 hours to confirm your appointment at the partner clinic that you selected, and inform you of any instructions prior to the screening.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Yes, we understand plans change. You can contact us to reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled time.
Where are the screening clinics located?
We partner with clinics that are located all around Singapore. You will be able to find one near your preferred location
Is fasting required for my appointment?
Preparation depends on your selected package. Most comprehensive blood screenings require 8 hours of fasting. Detailed instructions will be shared with you during the coordination process.

How is my personal data handled by Borderflow SG?
Personal data is, shared only with partner clinics and the lab when needed to complete the screening. Once the lab sends the test results to Borderflow SG, we will encrypt and send the results over to the partner clinic.
